The window to bid for funds from the Local Community Improvement Fund is currently open and closed on 31 August.
This Fund allows for bids to be submitted locally to fund projects from monies collected by the Council through the Community Infrastructure Levy.
The types of infrastructure included are as follows:
🌳 Shared Suitable Accessible Natural Greenspace (SANG)
🌱 Open spaces
🚌 Local sustainable transport projects
🛝 Play areas & equipped playing space
⚽️ Indoor sports & leisure facilities
🏬 Community facilities
🪴 Climate change
💻 Digital infrastructure
